摘要: Conjunctival mucoepidermoid carcinoma is a very rare but highly aggressive conjunctival neoplasm with 42 previously reported cases. We report the case of 56-year-old male left ocular surface squamous neoplasm, which was subsequently treated excision and autoconjunctival graft. Histopathology operative specimen low-grade carcinoma, patient then an adjunctive course mitomycin C. On review 10 months after lesion excision, there no recurrence, otherwise well. Due to its incidence, difficult clinical diagnosis, accompanying poor prognosis, should always be considered in differential diagnosis neoplasms, full histopathologic examination, including mucin-staining techniques, all suspicious biopsies occur.
