摘要: A mixed bacterial culture, consisting of a minimum nine isolates, was adapted to growth on technical parathion (PAR) as sole carbon and energy source. The primary oxidative pathway for PAR metabolism involved an initial hydrolysis yield diethylthiophosphoric acid p-nitrophenol. secondary the oxidation paraoxon then p-nitrophenol diethylphosphoric acid. Under low oxgen conditions reduced via third p-aminoparathion subsequently hydrolyzed p-aminophenol hydrolase, enzyme produced by isolate from rapidly (6.0 mumol/mg per min). This inducible stable at room temperature retained 100% its activity when heated 55 C 10 min.
