摘要: The anatomical patterns and frequency of occurrence congenital coronary anomalies (CCA) in a Central European cohort has not yet been studied. angiographic data 7,694 consecutive patients undergoing arteriography at the Albert Szent-Gyorgyi Medical University, Szeged, Hungary, from 1984 to 1994 were analyzed. CCA found 103 (1.34% incidence). Ninety-eight them (95.2%) had origin distribution, five (4.8%) artery fistulae. incidence was highest for separate left descending circumflex sinus Valsalva (52.42%). Anomalous right 8.7% while 18.4%. CCA, which may be associated with potentially serious events, such as ectopic opposite aortic (1.9%) single arteries (3.88%), frequent. The under study similar that largest North American study. anatomic classification presented can useful both clinical surgical standpoints. Cathet. Cardiovasc.
