摘要: Isolated single coronary artery is a rare congenital anomaly occuring in approximately 0.024% of the population. This entity can be diagnosed during life only by angiography. Ten patients with isolated are reported. Based on angiographic analyses, new classification proposed, according to site origin and anatomical distribution branches. Typical angina did not occur absence coexisting disease or aortic stenosis. No correlation was apparent between type anomalous patterns symptoms angina.
