摘要: We presented three cases of anomalous single coronary artery detected incidentally during routine angiography. The presenting symptoms were chest pain, angina pectoris, and exertional respectively. In one case (male, 69 years), the gave off branches to left anterior descending artery, circumflex (LCx) right (RCA) (type L-I). There no atherosclerotic lesions. patient's pain was thought have a noncardiac origin it did not recur 12-month follow-up. another 65 originated from sinus Valsalva, RCA system R-I). patient underwent bypass surgery for significant stenotic lesions in LCx RCA.
