摘要: Anomalous origin of the right coronary artery (RCA) is a rare congenital anomaly, which may cause myocardial ischemia and sudden death. However, causes remain uncertain. Multidetector row computed tomography (MDCT) was performed in 22-year-old woman who had exercise-induced ischemia. MDCT revealed small orifice RCA left sinus Valsalva, separate from main artery, an acute-angled takeoff aorta, intramural course proximal portion within aortic wall, between great vessels. Three-dimensional virtual angioscopy also depicted orifice.
