摘要: Introduction Anomalous coronary arteries are rare but potentially life threatening abnormalities of the circulation. Many variations can be benign in nature; however, some may lead to myocardial ischemia and/or sudden cardiac arrest.1 The most common anomalies described medical literature involve branches left artery, with circumflex artery originating from right sinus Valsalva being prevalent. Patients present at any age symptoms ranging syncope death. Here we a case patient anomalous circulation (RCA) who presented atypical chest pain.
