摘要: The elongation growth of stem segments is determined by the outer cell layers (epidermis and collenchyma). We measured sugar composition molecular weight distribution pectin hemicellulose fractions obtained from inner tissues squash (Cucurbita maxima Duch.) hypocotyls. In addition, we studied changes in these parameters after a 9 hour period incubation segments. results show that have higher compared to (2-3 times higher). Incubation 13 25% decrease amount an increase 11 32% tissues. This accompanied some components. These clearly wall metabolism during differs markedly tissues, future studies on effect auxin need take differences into account.
