摘要: Abstract The influence of profile height and orientation on the rate anodic levelling was studied under controlled masstransport conditions in a flow cell using triangular shaped profiles made nickel NaCl electrolyte. Experimental were chosen so that carried out well below, close to above limiting current for salt precipitation results compared those predicted from theoretical calculations FEM. It is found microprofiles independent direction corresponds theoretically primary or tertiary distribution. macroprofiles at slower depends direction. Levelling mass transport controlled. For oriented parallel direction, than current.
