摘要: Abstract The literature on the mechanism of electropolishing is reviewed. A brief historical outline given and anodic levelling or macrosmoothing distinguished from brightening microsmoothing. Macrosmoothing results differences gradient electrical potential and/or concentration a rough surface. Its rate can be quantitatively predicted in many cases.
