摘要: Calcium ions (Ca2+) and nitric oxide (NO) are key signalling molecules that implicated in the regulation of numerous cellular processes. Here we show that, intact liver, stimulation endothelial cells by bradykinin coordinates propagation vasopressin-dependent intercellular Ca2+ waves across hepatic plates, markedly increases frequency oscillations individual hepatocytes. Modulation is lost following isolation hepatocytes, but restored co-cultures hepatocytes cells. The sensitizing effects mimicked NO donors abrogated inhibitors. Thus, crosstalk between pathways through microvasculature probably an important mechanism for coordination liver function may have a other organs.
