摘要: Background. Stroke patients present restriction of mobility in the acute phase, and use a simple specific scale can be useful to guide rehabilitation. Objective. To validate propose Hospital Mobility Scale (HMS) for ischemic stroke as well evaluate HMS prognostic indicator. Methods. This study was performed 2 phases: first, we developed content, second, defined its score evaluated psychometric properties. We longitudinal prospective consisting cohorts (derivation validation cohorts). The data were collected unit, following scales applied during hospitalization: National Institutes Health quantify severity verify degree mobility. primary outcome proportion unfavorable functional outcomes, modified Barthel Index <95. Results. 3 tasks HMS: sitting, standing, gait. In derivation cohort, presented an accuracy 84.5% measured using area under receiver operating characteristic curve (95% CI = 78.3-90.7; P < .001), whereas cohort 87.8% 81.9%-93.7%; .001). large standardized effect size (1.41) excellent interexaminer agreement (intraclass correlation coefficient 0.962; 95% 0.917-0.983; Conclusion. able predict accurately poststroke patients, agreement, sensitive detecting changes.
