摘要: We report the potential of differential display technology for isolation genes biotechnological interest. have assessed usefulness technique cloning involved in production secondary metabolites, many which are industrial use or used complex pathway biosynthesis gibberellins, as well bikaverin and carotenoids, present filamentous fungus Gibberella fujikuroi a test system. From total approximately 16000 PCR products each RNA sample, 100 were derived from derepressed but not repressed condition. These analysed by Northern blotting subset 16 such showed expression at transcript level. A number different mRNA species observed on this basis varied their size. Hence, approach appears suitable pathways often required synthesis metabolites organisms genetically intractable. Moreover, method has advantage that it is quick, displays being obtained after 2 days DNA clones 6 days.
