摘要: New ways of working impose new contract models. To prepare for these ways, there is a need precise understanding the contractual elements. In this paper, we examine and describe Norwegian Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects. Their characteristics are then compared to outlined in literature. The findings based on literature study followed by case approach combining analysis documents gathered from public sector authorities relevant private participants along with questionnaire. We find that narrow view PPP used an overemphasis financing aspects which close Private Finance Initiative (PFI) model. insists detailed specifications limiting possibilities innovation areas such as Lean Construction. Combined, could potentially constitute roadblock harvesting real benefits approach. sheer size, period total costs projects justify own study. main contribution paper overview their characteristics.
