摘要: Since 1992, the United Kingdom has used a new type of public-private partnership for delivery public services: Private Finance Initiative. In design PFI projects, assessment risk, and who is best able to manage it, needs be carefully considered. Using data from government reports case examples in British sector, this article explores aspects procurement including, among other things, due diligence, sector comparators, consequences taking back responsibility delivering service (taking risk). contracts can deliver better value money than traditional methods if risks are transferred parties handle them. The concludes with discussion guidelines on generally accepted accounting practice indicators assessing risk.
