摘要: Method to determine the major carboxylic acids, sugars, glycerol and ethanol in wine grape must was developed using an ion-exchange column refractive index detector. A solid-phase extraction method with a strong anion exchanger used these compounds sweet wines musts. With this it is possible malic acid musts without interference from sugars. This high-performance liquid chromatographic compared standard methods of analysis. There good agreement accuracy precision methods.
