摘要: This review focuses on the enzymatic glycerol detection methods. Importance of as biologically active compound, chemical determination methods, and current trends in are reviewed. Application FAD-dependent oxidases, NAD-dependent dehydrogenases, lipases multi-enzymatic systems for polyglyceride by optical electrochemical methods analyzed detail. The application PQQ-dependent enzymes is predicted one alternative promising ways complex biological samples. Future dehydrogenases predicted.
