摘要: Repeated episodes of ketoacidosis in some juvenile diabetics has been associated with an abnormal rise circulating free fatty acids (FFA) following emotional stress. Reversal this phenomenon occurred after treatment a portable insulin infusion pump (PIIP). Following initiation PIIP treatment, FFA secretion was eliminated, as were the patient's ketoacidosis. We believe that should be considered poorly controlled compliant diabetic patient.
