摘要: An exemplary method for reading data stored in a flash memory. The includes: controlling the memory to perform read operation upon first page of memory; obtaining codeword page; set log-likelihood ratio (LLR) mapping values according LLR rule; performing an error correction values; second rule, if performed indicates uncorrectable result; and values.
