摘要: A method for performing error correction, an associated memory apparatus and controller thereof are provided. The data used in a hard decoding period can be wholly or partially reserved, the reserved soft period. For example, read operation is performed at specific physical address of flash memory; after uncorrectable detected, re-read to obtain first temporarily store into volatile memory, on data; failure according from perform correction corresponding address.
