摘要: This paper examines the criteria used by eastern Canadian shippers to evaluate ocean container carriers, and discusses whether or not basic carrier selection have altered reflect changing competitive conditions in global marketplace over past seven years. study finds that there has been little evolution view be important decision but deterministic changed. The salient service attributes sought 1982 were frequency of sailings cost service, as all carriers viewed provide similar transit times because routing structures.
