摘要: The electrophilic reactivity of Boc-DKPs has been studied. Thanks to Boc activation, the opening ability carbonyl lactam groups is enhanced. According experimental conditions, this enabled synthesis Boc-amino acid derivatives or original dipeptides via a regioselective and sequential way.
