摘要: Circular RNA (circRNA) is a subclass of noncoding (ncRNA) detected within mammalian tissues and cells. However, its regulatory role during the proliferation phase rat liver regeneration (LR) remains unreported. This study was designed to explore their mechanisms in cell LR. The circRNA expression profile by high-throughput sequencing. It indicated that 260 circRNAs were differentially expressed Among them, circ-14723 displayed significantly differential expression. We further explored mechanism hepatocytes (BRL-3A cells). First, EdU, flow cytometry western blot (WB) knocking down inhibited BRL-3A cells proliferation. Second, RNA-Pulldown dual-luciferase report assay showed could sponge rno-miR-16-5p. At last, WB reported target genes rno-miR-16-5p, CCND1, CCNE1 downregulated after circ-14723. In conclusion, we found exerted critical G1/S arrest promote via rno-miR-16-5p/CCND1 axis finding revealed on LR, might provide potential for clinical problems.
