摘要: With improved survival rates in solid organ transplantation there has been an increased focus on long-term outcomes following transplant, including physical function, health-related quality-of-life and cardiovascular mortality. Exercise training the potential to affect these outcomes, however, research optimal timing, type, dose of exercise, mode delivery relevant is limited. This article provides a summary 2-day meeting held April 2013 (Toronto, Canada) which multi-disciplinary group clinicians, researchers, administrators patient representatives engaged knowledge exchange discussion key issues exercise transplant (SOT). The from were development top priorities agenda for SOT, included need larger scale, multi-center intervention studies, standardized function surrogate measures clinical trials, examining novel modes studies such as immunity, infection, cognition economic outcomes. dissemination "expert consensus guidelines," synthesizing both best available evidence expert opinion was prioritized step toward improving program delivery.
