摘要: Abstract A cavity, so-called buttonhole, was observed in the molten pool directly behind oscillating laser beam and supplied wire by means of suitable process control. high seam surface quality produced case with buttonhole formation. three-dimensional heat mass transfer model developed to understand effect keyhole welding sheet metal a filler one-dimensional oscillation. For given condition, stable catenoid-like shown which helped reduce dynamics its self-sustainability. The formation sensitive parameter air gap.
