摘要: Abstract Effects of baclofen and γ-aminobutyric acid on medullary respiratory neurons were investigated. Medullary inspiratory the dorsal ventral groups stimulated by baclofen, 0.5–2 mg/kg, depressed doses greater than 4–6 mg/kg. Expiratory which increased phrenic nerve activity. Microelectrophoresis (5 mM, pH 3) neurons. It is suggested that low i.v. increase activity disinhibition whereas higher directly depress
