摘要: As a prelude to studying epidermal chalone in disease states, heat separation technique has been employed isolate epidermis from the skin of newborn rats for extraction. A consistent cleavage plane through basal cell row can be demonstrated by light microscopy. From this heat-isolated pure we prepared aqueous homogenates, which showed complete destruction cells and organelles electron microscopy, exhibited 16 protein bands polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis contained an active mitotic inhibitor demonstrable bioassay. By using epidermis, reproducible extraction procedure, reliable bioassay, it should possible develop rapid biochemical assay, determine chemical properties chalone, study its mechanism action, examine relevancy diseases differentiation.
