摘要: For modern managers, one has to adopt a new philosophy, or psychology, for dealing with agile development teams. While process is important ensure the team delivers quality software that meets customer requirements, it understand Agile Method geared around more of an informal approach management, while putting time, effort, and emphasis on flexibility, communication, transparency between members management. It promotes environment less control by managers facilitation managers. The role manager takes psychological role, removing roadblocks, encouraging openness keeping track change-driven overall product in goals not too much ebb flow process. Change no longer wrong, lack ability change now wrong. Here we discuss “soft” people skills required how they add/detract from development. How recognize skills, utilize build teams right “mix” personalities soft effective efficient efforts [71].
