摘要: Nonmelanoma skin cancer (NMSC) causes significant morbidity and mortality posttransplantation. We examined the annual incidence of NMSC in U.K. renal transplant recipients (RTRs). A total 269 (95% potential population) RTRs type I-IV were recruited into a prospective study between 1998 2006. 244 (91% enrolled) screened on at least one occasion. The mean per year was 7.82% (SD: 1.84), comprising (SD) squamous cell carcinoma 3.45% (1.36), basal 3.58% (1.17), Bowen's disease 2.52% (0.91). risk developing increased with duration posttransplantation: 3.27% (0.53) 10 years posttransplant. Relatively low rates within first 5 posttransplantation suggests that may determine optimum frequency surveillance United Kingdom.
