摘要: The transformation of 11a-bromo-6-demethyl-6-deoxytetracycline (1) to 6-demethyl-6-deoxytetracycline (2) has been described by Hlavka and Krazinski [1]. Irradiation 1 was carried out in the presence 1-naphthol, which acts as a scavenger for bromine atom produced.
