摘要: Abstract.  Kuipers S, Schreijer AJM, Cannegieter SC, Buller HR, Rosendaal FR, Middeldorp S (Leiden University Medical Center, Leiden; and Academic Amsterdam; Leiden Leiden, the Netherlands). Travel venous thrombosis: a systematic review (Review). J Intern Med 2007; 262: 615–634. In past decade, numerous publications on association between thrombosis (VT) travel have been published. Relative absolute risks of VT after travel, particularly by air, studied in case–control observational follow-up studies, whereas effect prophylaxis has through intervention trials asymptomatic clots. The mechanism responsible for was addressed pathophysiologic studies. Here, we systematically reviewed epidemiologic studies about VT. We conclude that long-distance increases risk approximately two to fourfold. symptomatic event within 4 weeks flights longer than 4 h is 1/4600 flights. severe pulmonary embolism (PE) occurring immediately air with duration up 4.8 per million 12 h. increased (air) insufficiently draw solid conclusions, but one controlled-study showed evidence an additional immobilization could lead coagulation activation travel.
