摘要: Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) was found in isolated human mononuclear leukocytes and their purified components millimolar concentration. Intracellular ascorbic depleted greater than 96% during cell culture rapidly reaccumulated after addition of physiologic concentrations to the extracellular medium. Purified cells maintained concentration gradients as large 100-fold across plasma membrane. The ability vary intracellular over such a wide range makes it possible for first time these study function direct relationship
