摘要: Background Impaired artery elasticity has been found in various pathological conditions related to endothelial dysfunction. Recently, CD31+/CD42− microparticles (MPs) emerged as a marker of injury. Whether MPs, generated under physiological conditions, are correlated with properties not reported. Methods We evaluated brachia–ankle pulse-wave velocity (baPWV) ( n = 76) and C1 large-artery C2 small-artery indices 56), using noninvasive devices for analysis group healthy persons. The number circulating CD31+/CD427− MPs was measured by flow cytometric analysis. Results Circulating were positively values baPWV r 0.371, P .008) −0.294, .037; −0.310, .027, respectively). Multivariate identified potent contributors the development impaired systemic elasticity. Conclusions level an important biomarker dysfunctional endothelium vascular injury, is closely associated subjects. present study suggests that may be novel surrogate clinical evaluation damage.
