摘要: DNA methylation is one of the most signaficant epigenetic events which greatly influence gene activation, imprinting, chromatin stability, and so on. The level in genome certain regions should be a normal range, because any variation would cause physiological dysfunction. In account essential roles living system, detection both overall specific positions has drawn great interest. So far many biological chemical methods have been developed to detect methylation. Herein, we summerize some novel mainly based on modification analytic detection.
