摘要: Background: The optimal therapeutic method for proximal tubal obstruction (PTO) has yet to be defined. In addition, the reported successful recanalisation rate and reproductive outcome from hysteroscopic cannulation havebeen inconsistent.Aims: To examine the morbidity efficacy of laparoscopic–hysteroscopic treating PTO.Material Methods: This was a retrospective study evaluating 70 infertile women with PTO who underwentlaparoscopic–hysteroscopic in Prince Wales Hospital, university-affiliated hospital, from January 2005 December 2010. Demographical data operative details were reviewed. Women thencontacted by phone completed structured questionnaire. Recanalisation rate, intra-operative complication, pregnancy rates pregnancy outcomes examined. Results: Fifty had on at least one side tube, providing an overallsuccessful 71.4% per woman 67.0% tube. overall after successfulhysteroscopic tube is 55%. mean time become pregnant naturalconception or via clomiphene induction unilateral bilateral was10.5 ± 8.9 months. procedure associated minimal morbidity. No prognostic factors significantlyassociated rate. Conclusion: Laparoscopic–hysteroscopic morbidityand reasonable rate. It should considered as alternative vitro fertilisation.Key words: cannulation, laparoscopic chromopertubation, obstruction, reproductive outcome, infertility.
