摘要: The purpose of this study was to investigate the fertility outcomes infertile patients having proximal tubal obstruction treated with hysteroscopic catheterization (HCT) for recanalization under diagnostic laparoscopy. From January 2000 December 2008, laparoscopy used assess status 61 unilateral or bilateral obstruction, as confirmed by hysterosalpingography. Among them, 35 chromopertubation subsequently underwent HCT. pregnancy and success rates were investigated. In HCT performed in 54 fallopian tubes. rate 25.9% (14/54) per tube 37.1% (13/35) patient. Of whom patency restored, 4 achieved pregnancy, including 1 miscarriage. patients, excluding 14 who vitro fertilization–embryo transfer (IVF–ET) after laparoscopy, 13 pregnant (27.7%), 9 gave live births, had 3 miscarriages. is an option couples infertility do not prefer IVF–ET.
