摘要: Manufacturing systems across the globe are under pressure to improve competitiveness and environmental performance. However, neither of lean manufacturing (LM) nor green (GM) concepts distinctly provides a comprehensive workable solution challenges There is need make bridge between LM GM. So, hybrid system Lean–Green System (LGMS) proposed which can handle completely. adoption such in existing industrial framework poses many issues hinder implementation system, although it leads holistic improvement These termed as ‘barriers’. In this research, thorough study LM, GM LGMS has been done identify barriers. barriers suitably analyzed bring out some insights help them mitigate. This will enable voluntary transition towards more realistically. Barriers be validated with two-way assessment approach. research contribute scientific literature by providing list few high impact provide ground for policy makers industry government frame policies implementable.
