摘要: Technological advances in assessment have radically changed the landscape of employee selection. This paper focuses on three areas where promise those technological changes remains undelivered. First, while new ways measuring constructs are being implemented, not assessed, nor is it always clear what measuring. Second, technology leads to much greater efficiency, there also untested assumptions about effectiveness and fairness. There little consideration potential negative byproducts contextual enhancement, removing human judges, collecting more data. Third, has been insufficient nature work due when assessing candidates. Virtuality, contingent arrangements, automation, transparency, globalization should all be having impact selection design. A critique current state affairs offered illustrations future directions with regard each aspect provided.
