Mobile Internet Testing: An analysis of equivalence, individual differences, and reactions

摘要: Mobile internet testing (MIT) is the latest cost effective technological push in employment testing. The ability to access assessments via using mobile devices provides increased speed and convenience for both administrators respondents. In this article, we examine equivalence of MIT compared with on personal computers (PCs) whether attitudes other individual differences influence responses reactions MIT. Results demonstrated a supervisory situational judgment test across modes, but not cognitive test. Significant relationships were found between anxiety performance assessment. Respondents also reported significantly more positive when tested PC versus device. Future research practical implications are discussed.
