摘要: We report the generation of highly spin-polarized currents and their detection in cascaded InAs spin filters via transport measurements below 300 mK. The intrinsic spin-Hall effect is used first filter to generate two oppositely currents. From conductance asymmetry at outputs second high polarizations are determined all-electrical measurements. experiments good agreement with ballistic quantum simulations, which mimic double-Y-shaped structure constricted by quantum-point contacts.
