摘要: The HDL fraction in human plasma is heterogeneous terms of size, shape, composition, and surface charge. subclasses contents were quantified by 2-dimensional non-denaturing gel electrophoresis, immunoblotting, image analysis. This research review systematically analyzed the relationship between concentrations ratios 5 major apolipoproteins (apo). As concentration apoA-I increases, all increase significantly. most significant association was observed large-sized HDL2b apoA-I. ApoA-II played a dual function subclasses, both small-sized HDL3b HDL3a tended to with apoA-II concentration. An apoC-II, C-III, B-100 resulted higher levels particles lower particles. Plasma apoB-100, apoC-III appear play coordinated role assembly determination their contents. Higher could inhibit reduction content effected C-II, C-III. preβ1-HDL increased significantly those declined progressively an apoB-100/apoA-I or decreased apoC-III/apoC-II ratio. In summary, each apo has distinct but interrelated roles particle generation metabolism. ApoA-I apoC-II are independent determinants subtypes circulation might be more powerful factor influence distribution. Moreover, ratio reliably sensitively reflect subclass profile.
