摘要: The therapeutic effect of transplantation mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) in myocardial infarction (MI) appears to be limited by poor cell viability the injured tissue, which is a consequence oxidative stress and pro-apoptotic factors. High density lipoprotein (HDL) reverses cholesterol transport has anti-oxidative anti-apoptotic properties. We, therefore, investigated whether HDL could protect MSCs from stress-induced apoptosis. derived bone marrow rats were pre-incubated with or without HDL, then exposed hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) vitro, transplanted into experimentally infarcted hearts vivo. Pre-incubation increased viability, reduced apoptotic indices resulted parallel decreases reactive oxygen species (ROS) comparison control MSCs. Each beneficial effects on was attenuated inhibiting PI3K/Akt pathway. Preconditioning higher MSC survival rates, improved cardiac remodeling better function than group. Collectively, these results suggest that may against H2O2-induced apoptosis through activation pathway, suppressing production ROS.
