摘要: Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) is covalently attached onto the starch acetate, and fluorescein-labeled acetate can self-assemble to form uniform nanospheres in water. The size of fluorescent be easily controlled by adjusting polymer concentration acetone proportions water organic phases. intensity increases with increasing pH, its has no major effect physiologically relevant range from pH 5.7 8 compared free FITC. Fluorescence quenching studies prove that showed a super stability without self-association. are degradable potential applied for pH-sensing biological samples.
