摘要: The electrochemical detection of guanine was accomplished using benzimidazole/benzothiazole-based imine-linked Co(III) complexes 2, 4 and 6 with platinum electrodes. Linear sweep voltammetry (LSV), differential pulse (DPV) cyclic (CV) were the major analytical techniques used to explore recognition behavior complexes. limit, linear range sensitivity for complex 2 (16.6 nM, 3.5–10 μM 4.01 μA μM−1 cm2), (13.4 5.0–120 3.18 cm2) (11.3 2.5–100 2.0 calculated. Advantages this methodology include simplicity, an unmodified electrode, high reproducibility.
