摘要: Spontaneous mutations were allowed to accumulate over 209 generations in more than 100 lines, all of them independently derived from a completely homozygous population Drosophila melanogaster and subsequently maintained under strong inbreeding (equivalent full-sib mating). Traits scored were: abdominal (AB) sternopleural (ST) bristle number, wing length (WL) egg-to-adult viability (V). On two occasions – early (generations 93–122) late 169–209) ANOVA estimates the mutational variance line × generation interaction obtained. Mutational heritabilities morphological traits ranged 2 10 −4 −3 coefficient variation was 0·01. For AB, WL V, temporal uniformity observed. However, fluctuation heritability ST detected could be ascribed random genotype environment interaction.
