摘要: Pretreatment of mice with 50–1000 µg the bacterial extract Broncho-VaxomR (BV, free endotoxin) before sublethal irradiation induced an increase in number endogenous haemopoietic stem cells (E-CFU). The degree radioprotection was dependent on both time administration and dose BV. An optimal E-CFU survival observed when 500 BV administered i.p. 24 h irradiation.BV did not affect day 9 CFU-S bone marrow directly after irradiation. However, 5, 12 days irradiation, almost 2-fold higher injected mice. protected C57B1/6 a dose-dependent manner from lethal effect ionizing radiation. A single (50, 100, 250, or µg) lysate 9·5 Gy γ-rays (LD100/21) 16%, 25%, 80%, 94% mice, respectively. reduction factor case (500 per mouse) at ...
