摘要: Although brothels have been able to operate as legal businesses for more than a decade, they continue be treated restrictively with similar amenity impacts. This paper explores the idea that this restrictive treatment can explained by continued perception of disorderly, 'matter out place'. is due in part historical association disorder terms cleanliness, morality and law.
