摘要: This article engages with the question of whether or not sex work in home should be regulated same way as large commercial brothels occupations. Underlying concerns about services premises generally are that they criminogenic, disorderly and exploitative women. draws upon original research surveys people living vicinity premises, interviews workers service providers, council records complaint to argue that, on contrary, occupations (sex services) can operate lawfully minimal amenity impacts, this type business provide a positive environment.
