摘要: The chapter presents an overview of the effects and phenomena leading to structural compositional evolution polymer materials under high-fluence ion implantation. Ion stopping mechanisms degradation structure due radiation damage are discussed, giving examples for different species types mostly focusing on low- medium-energy regimes.
