摘要: Abstract During restoration activities, a fungal reddish area was noted on gilded wood carved ceiling decoration from sacristy of church in Aveiro, Portugal. The protocols used to identify the community present this wooden material included classical culturing methods and molecular biology protocol based ability denaturing high performance liquid chromatography (DHPLC) separate DNA several species. This last method complemented results obtained with traditional approach overall study revealed three species: Serpula lacrymans (Wulfen) P.
